Program Assistant - Water Quality

Michelle first joined the EFC as a graduate student in 2012 working on stormwater finance issues in Pennsylvania. After graduating, she worked in Houston, Texas for the Galveston Bay Estuary Program at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality where she worked as a project manager and served as the program’s quality assurance officer. After four years in Texas, she is working for the EFC once again providing research and technical support for the Center’s water quality projects.

Michelle holds a Master of Science from the Department of Environmental Science and Technology at the University of Maryland specializing in Ecological Technology Design and a Certificate in Ecological Economics from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
